Charlie brews his ales and lagers in accordance with traditional style guidelines, but like any artist he loves to create and experiment, too. He offers a selection of house standards and always has some great seasonal beers on tap. Our chefs prepare your traditional pub favorites and some creative specials sure to complement Charlie’s beer. And for dessert...our chefs are always creating something new. The Stout Silk Pie is to die for!
