Are you mulling over what is the compliment to Spring? Well, the answer is in your hands! This cider, with cinnamon, orange, and ginger, keeps you cool during the warm days and warm during the cold nights. Hints of cinnamon, tart apple, citrus, and clove are both on the nose and palette and intensify as the cider warms, Best served between 45F and 50F.

This year's hop blend is Loral, Ekuanot, and HB 586, which gives an aroma of melon and citrus, with the flavor being similar, with more lemon than melon on the finish
