Our Smoked Bourbon was created by smoking green dent corn cobs on our smoker before fermentation and distillation, and then aging it in a new charred 53-gallon oak barrel for four years. It has a bold smoky backbone with notes of burnt caramel on the finish, perfect for sipping.
