About the event
Every Friday at 5:00 PM we tap a brand-new firkin! Each week features a one-off variation of one of our base beers with different hops, flavors, or creative twists from the brewery. Curious what’s on deck? Check our beer menu earlier in the week or keep an eye on our social media around 3:30 PM on Fridays to see what this week’s firkin will be. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
What's a firkin, you might ask? A firkin is a small cask of beer that’s naturally conditioned and served without the added carbonation used in most kegs. Because it finishes conditioning in the cask, the beer develops a softer carbonation and a fuller, more traditional flavor. Firkins are often used for one-off variations, where brewers add different hops, spices, or other ingredients to create something unique. Since each firkin is small and tapped once, it’s a limited, drink-it-while-you-can experience. 🍺
